Welcome. The current situation is a time of uncertainty for us all and we are all facing challenges in different ways.
Due to these challenging times I am now offering my counselling services by telephone or on line.
We all have times when we struggle and seeking support from a professional who can see things from different angles can help. At times we can be so caught up in a situation or lost going round in circles that it can seem impossible to find a way out. Or we are carrying past hurts from childhood or relationships or just need a breathing space to look at our lives.
I am a UKCP accredited psychotherapist with many years experience. My way of working calls upon different ideas and theories based on my original transpersonal/integrative training and on other training since I qualified. I work organically with clients using the body, creative imagination, drawings and dreams to help you gain an understanding of your world integrated with practical ideas to help you cope with immediate issues such as anxiety for example.

This is what I can offer, a safe and confidential space where you can explore any issues that you want without judgement but with acceptance. We are all on a journey and arrive at places at different times in our lives. These can relate to:

- bereavement, loss and separation
- stress and anxiety
- anger management
- depression
- adult or childhood abuse
Or it could be that you want to take some time to look at some questions about yourself and are searching for a sense of direction and meaning, for example

I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, for a long as you want to enable you to be where you want to be.
