Counselling and Psychotherapy in Tottenham, Islington and Paddington

Sometimes in life it can be helpful to have someone to talk to who is not a friend or family member. This is where counselling or psychotherapy can help.

This could be because something is happening in your life and you don't know or are not sure what you want to do. Or perhaps your life isn't how you want it to be but you don't know how to change it or what to change it to. This could be around a particular issue such as:-

- work
- relationships
- life changes
- loss and separation
- stress and anxiety

Or it could be that you want to take some time to look at some questions about yourself, for example

- Who am I?
- How did I become the person I am?
- What would I like to be different?
- Where am I going in my life?
